You need to speak some English at a minimum. Our programs are designed for adults who already know some English and want to use it with greater confidence, precision, and presence — it will be difficult for complete beginners.
The Conversation Lab is our core membership — structured, live, and community-based. Elite includes everything in the Lab plus priority access, elevated coaching engagement, direct coach messaging, and deeper curriculum. Elite is for those who want to move faster and go further. Yes — you can upgrade at any time. Many members start in the Free Community, move to the Conversation Lab once they're ready, and upgrade to Elite when they want a more intensive experience. Your progress and community access carry across.
The Melbourne Immersion is a private, fourteen-day residential program in Melbourne. It includes fifty hours of fully personalised coaching (twenty-five hours per week), five-star accommodation, most meals, and curated professional networking — including introductions to lawyers, accountants, and potential business contacts relevant to your goals. You apply, we have a conversation to assess fit, and if accepted, a non-refundable $5,000 deposit confirms your place. We do not accept payment before a conversation has taken place. No. Monthly memberships (Conversation Lab and Elite) can be cancelled at any time. Annual memberships are paid upfront and are non-refundable after 14 days. The Melbourne Immersion deposit is non-refundable once the program is confirmed.
